How do I run a data quality check?

Drag, choose, or paste your CSV, XLSX, or JSON data into Data Quality, select a worksheet if an Excel file requires it, and click Validate. The results identify columns that need review.

What do I do when a column is flagged?

Review the reason shown for the column, then choose Open Editor to work on that column. After applying a cleanup or manual correction, use Done — Re-validate to rerun the check on the edited data.

Can I check copied spreadsheet data without saving a file?

Yes. Paste tabular data into the Data Quality drop area, then click Validate just as you would after choosing a file.
